    Gorgeous hotel, it was worth its 5 stars. On arrival the room was beautifully decorated and big. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept very well. The staff was super friendly and affable providing assistance. I really enjoyed location which was amazing and particularly good, adjacent to the Mountains and the Tepozteco and the garden.

    The truth, what's good and what's not

    The gardens and heated pool with mountain views were amazing. The selection of free activities like yoga and meditation enhanced our stay.

    Expect a bit of a stroll to town. It's a good 20-minute walk, which may not suit everyone's energy level.

    Unexpected warmth in chilly nights

    Woke up to fine mountain views every morning. The staff treated us like family, always eager to help. The fire pits by the pool were good and cozy!

    Unfortunately, our room was too close to the parking lot. The late-night noise from returning guests.

    fantastic experience , but some areas need attention

    The location is amazing, offering fine views, made our mornings magical. I particularly enjoyed the private courtyard in our room where we could relax by the outdoor fire at night.     We hiked Cerro de los Venaditos and loved the views from the top. The energetic cleanses were refreshing. The staff was super attentive, and everything was well thought out. Just a heads up, it's rustic-no TVs in the room for a chill vibe. The local food was on point, too. Definitely coming back!
